The details, when you need them
Eligible assessments are available at no charge through Cisco funding. We confirm eligibility, funding availability and the agreed scope before starting. If funding is unavailable, we can discuss a separately scoped paid engagement. Wi-Fi surveys and health checks are paid services.
Cisco rewards partners for assessments that identify IT gaps, improve customer outcomes and create opportunities for further technology investment. The findings and recommendations are Original’s, including where a refresh is not needed. Other Cisco partners also offer assessments under the programme.
It depends on your questions, environment and available evidence. We agree the schedule, your team’s involvement and any access or data collection during scoping, including whether technical discovery or on-site work is needed.
We agree confidentiality arrangements and how evidence will be handled before work starts. Where Cisco funding is proposed, we explain any programme information-sharing requirements before you decide. Please do not send configurations, credentials or sensitive records through the enquiry form.
No. The report should help you make a decision, including with another supplier. We explain the evidence and rationale. Asking Original to design or deliver the next stage is a separate decision and scope.
